ABOUT ME
As a licensed professional counselor, I strive to work with clients to provide them with the skills and knowledge to improve their lives in a comfortable, compassionate and safe environment. WIth a background in counseling for over twenty-five years in a variety off settings with adolescents and adults, I am able to assist individuals through difficulties and stressful challenges, helping them to understanding the source of specific behaviors and emotional patterns and guiding them in a positive direction. With the right tools and strategies to approach situations, clients are able to work through a variety of issues that life brings their way. I'm able to offer both in-person sessions and video sessions through Telehealth.

Serving Adolescents and Adults
Adolescents
Growing up can be very challenging in today's world, especially for adolescents. I work closely with this age group along with helping guide and support parents whose child may be struggling with anxiety, depression, divorce, grief, self-confidence and other difficult issues. Adolescents are provided tools and resources to help build healthy life skills as they transition towards adulthood.
College/Young Adults
What should be an exciting time of life can be a time of uncertainty and confusion for some college students and young adults who are navigating new beginnings. I look forward to providing the skills and techniques needed for these individuals to succeed and flourish if experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, a lost sense of purpose or self-worth, career uncertainty and other problems that may be causing distress in one's life.
Adults
At times we may experience some types of setback or disappointment in our lives that may keep us and keep us from moving towards a healthy and meaningful life. I'm able to provide adults with a supportive and caring atmosphere allowing them to work through difficult challenges and learn and grown cognitively, emotionally, physically and
spiritually.
Rates
Payment Information
One-hour initial visit and intake session - $135
45-minute individual session - $115
Sliding scale fee for clients needing to be seen initially on a weekly basis

Currently accepting cash, credit card, debit card, HSA card, Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare - Optum.
Able to provide a Super Bill Invoice for client to submit to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
